Our Story
Welcome to Timbercation, where craftsmanship meets creativity at the heart of Cumbria. Founded by Rob Hilton, this bespoke carpentry business evolved from crafting educational wooden pieces into a respected specialist in handcrafted garden rooms, outdoor buildings, and one-of-a-kind outdoor living spaces.
The Journey
What started as a fun summer project creating play spaces for Rob’s daughter quickly turned into something far bigger. Neighbouring families loved the work, and before long, Timbercation had grown organically into a bespoke woodworking business. That love for a challenge and a blank canvas is still what drives every project today.
